1. About Younger Way

Younger Way Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a premium Australian reseller of skincare products manufactured and fulfilled by ASEA, LLC. We do not produce or manufacture any products listed on this website. These terms govern your use of our site and purchase of products.


 

2. Your Agreement

By using our website, placing an order, or browsing our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.


 

3. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are placed via Shopify and fulfilled by ASEA or its third-party partners.
• Orders are final once confirmed. Any requests for cancellation or change must be made immediately to support@youngerway.com.au.
• We are not responsible for delays in fulfillment caused by ASEA, natural events, or shipping disruptions.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for:

• Damaged or defective products.
• Incorrect orders.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. Refunds or replacements are processed upon confirmation. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.


 

5. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

Important: We are not medical professionals. Products sold are for cosmetic purposes only.

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Always consult your physician if you have concerns or known allergies.
• By using our products, you accept full responsibility for usage outcomes and acknowledge we are not liable for allergic reactions, side effects, or misuse.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including logos, visuals, brand elements (“Younger Way – Wear Science”) — are owned by Younger Way or licensed. You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse without our permission.


 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the issue arose.
• We are not liable for:
o Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
o Any issue caused by ASEA’s product quality, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
o Actions of third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Airwallex, Klaviyo).

 

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where allowed, our liability is limited to the cost of replacing the goods or refunding the amount paid.


 

9. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Younger Way, its directors, officers, and affiliates from any liability, damages, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the website or products.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Any false representations you make about product results or uses.

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier issues, war, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.


 

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
